How care is approached
When conservative care is appropriate, the plan may include chiropractic techniques, manual traction, neurological-based exercises, movement guidance, or other individualized approaches. Progressive weakness, bowel or bladder changes, saddle numbness, or other urgent neurological symptoms require prompt medical evaluation.
