“After years of being a competitive bodybuilder, I thought I knew my body pretty well. Until I met Dr. Groves :o) I’ve been to several chiropractors throught the years, and ‘good’ ones at that…. but when faced with a herniated disc (11mm at L5-S1) I needed to try everything I could.
A friend of mine recommended Dr. Groves and I must admit, I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor spend so much time with me. Testing, explaining, testing some more … and really helped me learn ‘how’ my nerves can affect things like breathing, headaches, and even eye sight.
I am still seeing Dr. Groves as well as Dr. Kim … and drive 30 miles to get there. It will take some time, but with their full body approach I’m sure, I’ll be back pumpin’ iron in no time :o) ”
